Ok! So we're getting excited now! We're almost sorted with almost everything! lol. That's a lot of almosts, but really, there's still plenty of time. Some time in the nearish future you'll be getting an actual "Invitation".... but as we are very aware, most people have already said YES and BOOKED!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! We've had it mentioned to us that a lot of places are getting booked up pretty quickly so we really encourage people to organise their accomodation asap. When you've organised it, we'd really love to hear from you about where you're staying as we've booked a bus to do some transport to and from the reception which will ensure that everyone can take advantage of the bar!
We only require a couple of things from you here on this website, if you don't mind commenting- or via email if you'd rather (kate@eclipz.net.au or gailglanville@bigpond.com) but we would like to know where you're staying and what dates you're coming over- whether you're flying directly into Hamilton Island Airport, or whether you're transferring from Airlie Beach. We've applied for a discount through Fantasea Cruises so anyone who needs a transfer if you can give us your name and travel dates, we'll try and get you on that list asap.
Anyway I hope this makes sense- I'll be chatting to both the Glanville and McKenna Parent's to let them know all this stuff so hopefully we don't miss anyone!
